Most people want to know what sets the Wood Shop apart from the rest of the furniture manufactures. Why should you buy what we build rather than go to a furniture store? In some cases, we agree that purchasing from the furniture store may be a better option. But if a person is looking for the highest quality furniture on the market, all wood furniture (no chip board or press board), good prices, customer friendly environment, no pressure sales (we don’t have a sales staff only craftsmen), and the personal touch, The Wood Shop is the place for you!

We are absolutely environmentally friendly! Everything that comes into the facility is used, except the noise made from manufacturing (we are currently seeking a use for that as well). The scrap wood is given to charity and is used by disabled veterans for small projects, wood that is unusable in that area is used for fire wood and the ashes used as fertilizer. The sawdust and wood shavings are used for plant or animal bedding, then mulched into fertilizer.
